One night in Montreal, five directors, five short films, and one seamless feature film: The Tides is the collective work of five Montreal based filmmakers coming from different cultural and artistic backgrounds.
As a producer Shahab contributed in the following phases of the project: initiating the project, defining the roadmap and timelines, design and execution of an open call to receive proposals, execution of the selection process, content development, artistic development, proposals, grants and presentations.

As an associate producer and assistant director, I worked on different phases of the project, from pre-production and planning to post production. As as AD I was responsible for a team of 20 cast and crew over the course of the production.
